The Dyke Neuk Show

Sunday August 24th 2008

We are a small country show that has grown evermore popular in the last six years. Our purpose is to provide a show for everyone that is fun and will bring the local communities together. We try to steer away form commercialism and go toward the traditional show stalls and games. Monies raised go towards improving and putting on a show the following year as well as making donations to local charities.

The success of the 2007 show has allowed us to make donations to the following charities.

The Toby Henderson Trust

The Mitford Community Centre.

The Great North Air Ambulance.

Morpeth All Saints First School Morpeth

Amberley First School Killingworth

Sara's Hope Foundation

The 2007 show on August 26th proved our best yet.

Donation have already been made to Cancer Research and charities raising money on the day were The Toby Henderson Trust and The Great North Air Ambulance.

Funds allowed a very successful Christmas party for local children at The Dyke Neuk, with Santa Claus giving out 58 presents to the children. Food and refreshments were very kindly donated by The Forster Family at The Dyke Neuk.
